My current expedition into the vast field of aviation is the achievement of an Aircraft and Power Plant (A+P) Certification. No expedition is complete without the travel journal, and so here I shall present my experiences, observations, discoveries, and general enlightenment for the benefit of the general aviation community.
Regardless of the level of experience and knowledge a pilot or mechanic has amassed over the years (or days) in the field of aviation, there is always something to learn. And, sometimes, surprisingly, something to teach. Don't assume a novice can only learn, the person in the position of learning often has something to teach as well if those of us "old-timers" just listen.
